marvel cinematic universe - How does Thor get back to Earth, again?



In the The Avengers, there is a post-credits scene where Thor returns to Asgard and then a post-post-credits scene (!) where the Avengers eat shawarma together.

If Thor left, then how does he return to Earth especially given that...



...the Bifrost Bridge was destroyed in the movie Thor (2011), and it required a prohibitively immense amount of power to send him there in the first place.

As you can see from this post on Joyreactor, Tony saw the Shawarma Palace (later seen at the end of the credits) during the Battle of New York.


Given that the owners are cleaning up the broken glass in the background, it seems most likely that the post-post-credit scene is supposed to take place immediately after the battle (e.g. before Thor left for Asgard) rather than at some undefined point in the future.

The Iron Man 3 Prelude comic shows that the Shawarma scene took place approximately one hour after the attack.

How much did the fact that Voldemort never truly won or mastered the Elder Wand factor into how Expelliarmus reacted to Avada Kedavra and caused Avada Kedavra to rebound and kill Voldemort? An answer based in book canon would be especially welcome, but any canon source really is fine.
