doctor who - Does the front door of the TARDIS always open up to the control room?

In all of the episodes of Doctor Who that I've seen the TARDIS' front door opens up to the control room. However, it would seem that given the TARDIS' capabilities it would be possible for the door to open up to any internal space within the TARDIS.

Has the front door of the TARDIS ever been shown to connect up to and open into another room besides the control room? I was prompted to ask based on this related question dealing with gravity inside the TARDIS and the issue regarding how River was able to dive into the pool room of a sideways TARDIS in the episode Day of the Moon.

Well I would say that clearly the TARDIS front door can at least open up to more than one of the control rooms.

The TARDIS has at least one alternative control room - as seen for a whole sequence of storylines in the Tom Baker period:

I think the front door operated in exactly the same way here - appearing to go from the control room straight outside. This would appear to validate your idea that the front door can open elsewhere in the TARDIS interior. I wish I could recall a storyline where it opens to another room.

According to Bulbapedia , Prize money is the money that a Trainer pays out at the end of a battle. So we know that the money comes directly from the trainer that just lost, and not some third-party committee or sponsor. But how is this done? It can be easy seeing the random trainers who challenge you along the way wanting to wager and then, after admitting defeat, sticking to their word and handing over their hard-earned pokebucks. Then there are the likes of Team Rocket and Giovanni, who also give money once they lose. This doesn't seem like something people in a criminal organization would willingly do. From this it appears that trainers have no say in whether or not they cough up the dough after losing, but I can't find anything on how exactly the funds are transferred from loser to winner.
